You can cancel a service request with 15 minutes when you have received a job proposal from a service provider. But you can cancel the service request if any change made on the job proposal i.e. time of technician arrival, cost, Job time or service provider. To cancel an order, follow the Tap menu I top left Tap my requests Select the request you want to cancel Tap cancel in the top right Contacting Us If you have any questions about this Policy, please contact us
